I completely understand where you are coming from, but it’s not something we currently do. The reason is that what we offer is an in-house solution to sourcing your property, sorting out all the maintenance & then managing the rental of it. We offer a full turn-key solution too. There are other firms out there who offer sourcing but then you are left to deal with finding contractors plus finding an agency to rent it out. All of which takes considerable time and effort on our part – eliminating stress for you. This is why we charge 3% and 12%.
